DoubleZero Green Candle Cup Supplemental Terms
These DoubleZero Green Candle Cup Supplemental Terms (the “Competition Terms”) govern participation in the DoubleZero Green Candle Cup (the “Competition”) and are provided by IBRL (BVI), Inc. (“IBRL”).
These Competition Terms supplement the terms applicable to the onchain markets program available through https://www.frontiertraders.com/terms (the “Program Terms”), which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Competition Terms and the Program Terms with respect to the Competition, these Competition Terms will control.
Participation in the Competition is voluntary. By registering for or participating in the Competition, each participant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Competition Terms and the Program Terms.
1. Competition Period
The Competition begins on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 8, 2026 (the “Competition Period”).
Only eligible trading activity occurring during the Competition Period will be included in Competition scoring.
2. Eligibility and Registration
Participation is open only to individuals who: (a) are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence; (b) are legally permitted to participate in the Competition and engage in the applicable trading activity under the laws applicable to them; (c) are not subject to economic or trade sanctions or located or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction in which participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable law; and (d) satisfy the registration, verification and other eligibility requirements applicable to the Competition.
Participants must complete the designated Triton One registration process and provide an eligible wallet address. Only registered and verified wallets are eligible for final ranking and prizes.
Unless otherwise permitted, each Participant may participate through only one registered wallet. Participants may not use multiple wallets, accounts, identities or coordinated persons to circumvent these Competition Terms or obtain an unfair advantage.
Eligibility and receipt of any prize may be subject to additional information requests, attestations, identity verification, KYC, sanctions screening or other verification requirements.
The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
3. No Entry Fee; Trading Risks and Costs
No fee is charged to register for or enter the Competition. Access to Triton One’s Shredstream product and the DoubleZero Edge Solana Shreds data stream made available in connection with the Competition will be provided without charge during the applicable Competition access period.
Participation in the Competition requires eligible trading activity. Participants use their own assets and are solely responsible for all trading decisions, transaction fees, network fees, trading costs, taxes, losses and other expenses incurred in connection with their trading activity. No Participant is required to enter into any particular transaction or trade any minimum amount.
Trading involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of some or all assets used in trading. Participants assume all risks associated with their trading activity and participation in the Competition.
4. Eligible Trading Activity
The Competition measures eligible trading activity conducted through Phoenix during the Competition Period using a Participant’s registered wallet.
Only bona fide transactions that comply with these Competition Terms, the Program Terms, applicable protocol and platform terms and applicable law will constitute eligible trading activity. Transactions or activity may be excluded from Competition scoring if they do not represent bona fide trading activity or otherwise compromise the integrity or intended purpose of the Competition.
5. Leaderboards and Scoring
The Competition will have two leaderboards:
Volume Leaderboard. Participants will be ranked based on total eligible trading volume during the Competition Period.
PnL Leaderboard. Participants will be ranked based on realized and unrealized profit and loss attributable to eligible trading activity during the Competition Period.
Final scoring and rankings will be conclusive following completion of the applicable review and verification process.
6. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the Trading Code of Conduct set out in the Program Terms, Participants may not engage in activities designed to artificially create or inflate Competition volume, PnL, or rankings.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- wash trading, self-trading, fictitious trading or transactions lacking a bona fide economic purpose;
- trading between wallets, accounts or persons under common ownership or control for the purpose of artificially creating volume or affecting Competition results;
- coordinating with another person to artificially increase volume, PnL or ranking;
- using multiple wallets, accounts or identities to circumvent Competition requirements;
- spoofing, layering, manipulation or other deceptive or disruptive trading practices;
- exploiting any error, vulnerability, malfunction, pricing discrepancy or technical defect in the Competition, leaderboard, protocol, venue or related systems; or
- attempting to manipulate, interfere with or circumvent Competition scoring, registration, verification or eligibility requirements.
Transactions may be disregarded, Competition calculations may be adjusted, and a Participant may be disqualified or a prize withheld if reasonably necessary to address prohibited conduct or preserve the integrity of the Competition.
7. Prizes
The aggregate Competition prize pool is $50,000 USDC. The allocation of prizes between the Volume Leaderboard and PnL Leaderboard, including the applicable rankings and prize amounts, will be as set forth on the Competition website at https://www.frontiertraders.com/campaigns/gcc.
All potential winners and prizes are subject to final verification of eligibility and compliance with these Competition Terms. Potential winners may be required to complete KYC, sanctions screening, tax documentation or other verification procedures and provide information reasonably requested in connection with prize distribution.
If a potential winner does not timely complete required verification, is determined to be ineligible or is determined to have violated these Competition Terms, the applicable prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible Participant.
Prizes will be distributed in USDC to an eligible wallet designated or verified for the applicable winner. Participants are responsible for ensuring that any wallet provided for prize distribution is accurate, accessible, compatible with USDC on the applicable network and under their control.
Each Participant is solely responsible for any taxes and tax-reporting obligations arising from a prize received by that Participant.
8. Technical Events and Competition Data
Competition scoring and leaderboard information may depend on blockchain, protocol, market, network and other third-party data.
The Competition depends on third-party networks, protocols, software, infrastructure and services, including Solana, Phoenix, Triton One, DoubleZero and related technologies. The availability or uninterrupted operation of any such network, protocol, product or service is not guaranteed.
The Competition may be suspended, modified, extended, shortened or terminated if a technical failure, security incident, market disruption, protocol event, force majeure event, legal or regulatory development or other circumstance compromises or may reasonably compromise the integrity, fairness, security or operation of the Competition.
9. Third-Party Products and Services
Participation in the Competition may involve access to or use of third-party protocols, products, networks, infrastructure or services, including Phoenix, Triton One’s Shredstream product and DoubleZero Edge.
Reference to, integration with, promotion of or use of any third-party product, service, technology or brand in connection with the Competition does not, by itself, create a contractual relationship between a Participant and the provider of that product, service, technology or brand.
Access to and use of third-party products and services may be subject to separate terms and conditions applicable to those products and services.
10. Public Leaderboard
Participants acknowledge that their registered wallet address, wallet identifier, username or other designated public identifier, together with Competition rankings and trading-performance information used for the Competition, may be publicly displayed in connection with the Competition and its leaderboard.
Subject to applicable law, winners may also be identified in Competition-related announcements and promotional materials.
11. Reservation of Rights
Eligibility, transactions, Competition calculations and results may be reviewed to determine compliance with these Competition Terms. Participants may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, trading activity or compliance.
A Participant may be disqualified, transactions or activity may be excluded from Competition calculations, and a prize may be withheld or forfeited if the Participant violates these Competition Terms, the Program Terms, applicable law or applicable protocol or platform terms, or otherwise engages in conduct that compromises the integrity of the Competition.
The Competition may be modified, suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary due to technical, legal, regulatory, security, integrity or other circumstances affecting the Competition.
12. No Advice; Assumption of Risk
Nothing relating to the Competition constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, trading or other professional advice or a recommendation to enter into any transaction, use any trading strategy or use any particular protocol, product or service.
Each Participant makes their own independent trading decisions and assumes all risks arising from their trading activity and participation in the Competition.
13. Relationship to Program Terms
Except as expressly supplemented by these Competition Terms, the Program Terms remain applicable to participation in the Competition, including the disclaimers, Trading Code of Conduct, reservation of rights and no-advice provisions contained therein.
